Click Here		 We want your meal plan to accommodate your likes, preferences and lifestyle. To make changes to your menu, you may use our online Menu Changes Form (click here). Please be aware of the cut-off times for making changes. (12:00 noon EST Friday, for Monday's shipment - Monday at 12noon EST is the local deadline for pick-ups Tuesday and Friday). All changes will be permanent changes to your menu unless otherwise stated. 
Stops
and Restarts Form

Please be aware of the cut-off times for making changes. (12:00 noon EST Friday, for Monday's shipment - Monday at 12noon EST is the local deadline for pick-ups Tuesday and Friday).
Email Order Confirmation If you have not received a response from Diet-to-Go by either phone or email, there is a chance that we did not receive your order. We do confirm all emails.
