"The food is far better than I had
anticipated! I'm pretty picky and was concerned that it would not be
fresh tasting, since everything is frozen. You have done an amazing job with
taste and also with the food being filling.
I love the convenience of the program as I
am constantly on deadlines and don't have time to cook. And even though I try
to make sensible food choices in "to go" food, I know that there are
more calories in that big turkey sandwich or chicken salad than I think! Hence
the unwanted pounds. Now I don't have to think about food other than to eat it
and enjoy it.
It's also important that the food be low in
fat, as my cholesterol tends to run high. Another problem solved by Diet-to-Go.

"I just finished 4 weeks of Diet-to-Go a
few days ago. I lost 8 pounds in the first 4 weeks. I feel great and I have
gotten motivated to rejuvenate my exercise program. I use eDiets for support
and recording. The combination is phenomenal.
I am on 1600 calories a week and add a few
calories in popcorn and soy milk everyday. The best part is, because I don't
feel hungry or deprived and I don't have to sit down every week and make up
