deprivation. That's why we make sure that our meals taste just as good
as, and in most cases, better than anything you are already eating. We
have four delicious weekly menus that repeat themselves in a four week
cycle (1, 2, 3,
4)
. You'll receive a different set of weekly meals
for a month. After that

Our meals come in two different calorie levels;
1000 and 1600. The food is the same except that the portions are proportionate
to the calorie level. We also offer a delicious vegetarian
menu that follows the same rules above. Diet-to-Go is a MEAL PLAN. Our
goal is to help you achieve your goal. As a PLAN, your meals are shipped
until you tell us to stop. If you only want a specific number of weeks,
then please indicate your desire in the special instructions field of the order

desire.
Our meals are affordably priced. When you
take into consideration the time for shopping, cost of food, preparation
time and discarded leftovers, you will quickly realize that our meals are
more economical than fast food, and a lot healthier.
