Smart Snacking

You can nibble on fresh vegetables or fruit at any time of the day.  If you want more substantial snacks, you may prefer to eat several small “meals” throughout the day instead of the traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The best way to eat good-for-you snacks is to plan ahead and pre-pack your snacks.  Small plastic zip-lock bags are great to limit the total amount of calories you eat per serving.
